Shipping policy

Ovea is committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our policy below to understand our shipping methods, timelines, and costs.

 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand Public Holidays).

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (NZST) will begin processing on the next business day.

  • High-Volume Periods: During major sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

 

Shipping Options and Delivery Estimates (New Zealand)

 

We use reliable third-party couriers (such as NZ Post, Fedex) for all deliveries.

Free Shipping Policy

 

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $120.00

  • The free shipping offer applies to all New Zealand locations, including Rural Addresses.

  • There is a flat rate of $7.99 shipping for any orders below the free shipping threshold of $120.00

 

Important Notes on Delivery

  • Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed by Ovea

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address.

  • We cannot be held responsible for a delivery delay due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

 

Order Tracking & Confirmation

  1. Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is placed.

  2. Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a second email with your tracking number and a link to the courier's website to track your parcel.

  3. Delivery: All orders are sent with an Authority to Leave (ATL) unless you specify otherwise in the order notes. If you require a signature, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Ovea is not liable for parcels that go missing after an ATL delivery is confirmed by the courier.

 

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to addresses within New Zealand. We hope to expand to international destinations in the future.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Parcels

We take full responsibility for ensuring your order is safely packaged and dispatched.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@ovea.co.nz within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will assess the damage and, where applicable, arrange for a replacement or a full credit at our expense.

  • Lost Parcel: If your tracking information shows a stalled delivery, or if your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the courier, and if the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full credit.
