How do the OVEA undies work?

  3. Absorbent Core Layer: The main reservoir, designed to hold a significant amount of fluid (often 2-3 tampons' worth) capable for moderate to heavy flows.
  4. Leak-Proof, Waterproof Barrier Layer: The final layer that prevents any absorbed fluid from leaking through to your clothes.

The combination of these layers offers maximum comfort, absorbency, and leak protection, allowing Ovea underwear to be worn on their own or as a backup with other menstrual products.
How should I wash my OVEA underwear?

Keeping your OVEA period undies clean and long-lasting is easy! The key is using cold water and avoiding harsh chemicals and high heat.

  1. Rinse First (The Cold Shower): Immediately rinse your undies under cold running water until the water runs clear. This removes the bulk of the blood and residue.
  2. Soak (Optional, But Recommended): Soak the undies in a basin of warm water with a neutral detergent for 15–30 minutes, then rinse well with clean water.
  3. Wash Gently:Hand Wash (Best): Gently rub and scrub the fabric with your hands for a thorough clean.Machine Wash: Use a laundry bag (mesh bag) to protect them from snagging or damage, and always use cold or warm water—never hot.
  4. Air Dry (The Essential Step): Always air dry your period undies. Hang them up or lay them flat. You can dry them in the sun to kill bacteria, but avoid prolonged, direct sunlight to prevent fading and damage.

How much is shipping?

Our Ovea products qualify for FREE SHIPPING on orders over $120. All remaining orders incur a flat rate shipping fee of $7.99
When will you ship my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand Public Holidays).

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (NZST) will begin processing on the next business day.
  • High-Volume Periods: During major sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

How long do refunds take?

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date. We will issue a full Store Credit for the purchase price of the returned items (excluding original shipping costs).We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind.
