At OVEA, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priority. We want you to love your period underwear.

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our product, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges, as outlined below.

 

Our Change of Mind Policy (Store Credit Only)

We understand that buying period underwear online can be tricky for sizing. For customers who wish to return an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or style preference, we offer a Store Credit under the following conditions:

Condition Details
Eligibility Window Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Product Condition Items must be returned in original, unused, unwashed, and unopened condition 
The 'Try-On' Rule For health and hygiene reasons, period underwear is considered an intimate garment. We cannot accept returns on any pair that has been worn, or washed. Please try on one pair over clean personal underwear to check sizing before opening or using the rest of your order.
Remedy Provided We will issue a full Store Credit for the purchase price of the returned items (excluding original shipping costs). We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind.
Process To initiate a return for store credit, please email us at hello@ovea.co.nz with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.

 

Faulty or Defective Products 

This section applies only if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match the description

How to Report a Fault

  1. Stop using the item immediately and contact us at hello@ovea.co.nz

  2. Provide your Order Number, the name of the faulty item, and a clear photo or video demonstrating the fault (e.g., a visible defect, a leak test failure).

  3. We will assess the claim and advise you on how to return the product at our expense.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind/Sizing: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to our facility for store credit. We recommend using a tracked service.

  • Faulty/Defective Product: If the product is found to be faulty or defective under the CGA, we will cover all reasonable return shipping costs.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable for change of mind:

  • Any period underwear that has been opened, worn, or washed.

  • Items marked as  'Sale' or 'Clearance'

  1. Email Us: Contact hello@ovea.co.nz to request a Return. Please provide us with your name and order number, and a reason for your return.
